I have a light out on a portion of my quarter panel mounted tail light on a 2014 Fusion Energi.  It's just on one side.  It's the running light.  The turn signal works fine.  I bought a new led light assembly thinking that the board had gone out inside the assembly.  But the new light does the same thing.  Any ideas what could be wrong?   I can't find anything about light fuses in my owners manual.  The harness looks ok.

Have you checked for blown fuses?
